Counting down to Rain's Concert

Woohoo!!! Yeahey!!! Tomorrow is Rain's concert at Stadium Bukit Jalil. Can't wait for the time to come ;)

But for those who can't wait to see Rain tomorrow, here's a good news! This morning I heard from MyFM today saying that Rain will arrive at KLIA tonight (26 Jan 2007) at 10.25pm and the flight number is KE671. He will come out from non-VIP gate.

I think this is also a good news for KLIA cause can earn more parking fees. Hahaha...
Can't wait to go to the concert tomorrow :P

RAIN's Coming 06/07 World Tour

WOW!! Rain's coming!! Yes! The South Korean pop and R&B star RAIN (or Jong Ji-Hoon) will be coming to Malaysia for his concert; Rain's Coming 06/07 World Tour on the 27th of this month.

Rain's Coming 06/07 World Tour will take place in 17 cities through 11 countries including the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Oval and Black - part II

Ok Ok! These oval and black thingy are actually peanuts empowered with bamboo charcoal! The peanuts are coated with a mixture of powdered edible and glutinous rice, and then crisped. Don't you think they look like black beans? hehehe

I was told that daily consumption of 8 'biji' of these charcoal peanuts can DETOX wor... hahaha but once I start eating the peanut I couldn't stop!!! OMG!! I over DETOXed lioa!!

But the charcoal peanuts are a lil' pricey; approximately RM20 for 200g. Meaning RM100 per kilogram!!! However, it is definitely worth a try!!

For those who don't like peanuts, there is charcoal pumpkin seeds as well! I personally preference peanuts than pumpkin seeds cause 10 'biji' pumpkin seeds = 1 'biji' of the peanut!!! So you say ler.... of course choose the big big one to eat la..... hahaha :P

Birds Nest with Gingko and Egg recipe

I've got this tonic recipe from my Chinese Doctor (Chung Yee). According to her, the birds nest, gingko and egg soup is especially good for ladies after menses. It should be taken after the menses in two continuous days. Don't worry its suitable for your man to eat also hehehe I've checked with my doctor. You still can cook together but just make sure you separate your portion and add ONE WHOLE EGG to it. For my WuaWa, I didn't add any egg for him. The end result really looks like 'foo chuk pak ko tong sui':p. The taste is OK and the egg texture is so smooth but I still prefer birds nest with rock sugar only. :P

Ingredients (For 1 person):
1-2 Birds nests
7 Gingko nuts
1 Egg (must be 1 whole egg)
Rock sugar to taste
200ml water

Method :
1. Soak the birds nests, pick out any loose feathers and rinse well.
2. Shelled and skinned gingko nuts.
3. Double boil the birds nests, gingko, water and rock sugar for 2 hours.
4. Lastly, lightly beat the egg and add it into the soup and stir.
5. Serve while its hot.

Kit Kat Sakura (Cherry Blossom)

WuaWa bought this Kit Kat Sakura from Singapore during our honeymoon trip (Star Cruise and Singapore). WuaWa was attracted because its a limited edition and not because he wanted to eat!!! Normally WuaWa and I like to buy chocolate for collection (hehe... coz we eat a bit and keep the rest until expired and throw away). The packaging of this Kit Kat looks so nice and I can't resist to ........... take some pictures of it! EAT?? That would be the later part ler :P

Of course after the 'photo shooting session', we are ready to 'taste' the Kit Kat. This Kit Kat is coated with Sakura flower flavored pink white chocolate and creme filling. I don't know whether it taste like Sakura flower or not but it has a unique flavour and most important is its YUMMY!! hahaha

I've found an article on Kit Kat from wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kit_Kat). After reading it I fell in love with Kit Kat. Hahaha darling don't jealous la.... I'm sure you will start drooling like me after you see all the Kit Kat varieties. How I wish these Kit Kat are available in Malaysia :(

Nevermind, this weekend I will ask WuaWa to bring me to shop for Kit Kat! See what we can find in Malaysia :D

My CUTE WuaWa

WuaWa and I are planning to have WuaWa Junior and hopefully we will have a little 'piggy' next year :P coz next year is PIG year. As usual we have our bath after dinner... suddenly WuaWa asked me a question.

"Darling... that day you told me that those born in PIG year will 'fan Tai sui' (experience turbulence under the invasion of Tai Sui Star) next year... Huh! then if we really have little piggy next year means once 'she' is born she mah 'fan Tai Sui'!! Aiyo kolian lor... Nevermind we can buy 'Pi Yao' amulet to protect her and we can buy a few to let her choose..."

LOL! I mentioned 'she' because we always wanted a baby girl instead of baby boy and what I never thought of is my WuaWa can be this cute! Mucksss!! hehehe
